Who are we?
A new music ensemble of flexible instrumentation based around the nucleus of flute, clarinet and percussion. The words in extensio, meaning extension and elongation, suggest this philosophy: creation of new works, variations and additions to the ensemble, and innovation and exploration of new sounds and concert formats through the use of improvisation, technology and and multidisciplinary events.
